I am a busy Mum of two kids who has been working in the counselling and mental health industry for the past 14 years based in Morningside Brisbane.

 

I am super passionate about women's health, supporting clients to slow down and tune into their bodies and also feel empowered to make decisions which promote health and wellbeing. 

 

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who completed my Bachelor of Social Work in 2012. I am also a Certified Life Coach and registered Medicare Provider so I can support clients under a GP Mental Health Care Plan.

 

I am most passionate about supporting clients to start unpacking and exploring negative stories which keep us over-performing, over-committing and often feeling stuck in continuous boom and bust cycles.

I love to support clients to strip everything back to basics and gets super clear about what's most important to them.  Recovery from burnout and overwhelm always starts with us and what is showing up right here, right now.  It's also about supporting clients to start feeling more in control of what is actually worthy of their valuable time and energy.
