HOW I APPROACH COACHING DIFFERENTLY:
​
Before I started my own business, I gained 10 years of skills, knowledge and tools in around support women's mental health, healing from past and present day traumas.
From my counselling experience, I will draw on a number of counselling modalities which will include Narrative Therapy, Symbol Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I will also share with you some of my own experiences of having to come my own unworthiness story during out sessions together. I strongly believe in working collaboratively with you and supporting you to tap into your inner strengths, resilience, resourcefulness and life experiences as part of our work together.
WHAT WILL ACHIEVE WORKING WITH ANNA:

I will support you to cultivate a more intentional, kinder and loving relationship with yourself where you tune into your body's needs. This is then allow you to get clarity on your energy levels, what to focus and prioritize. I also want you to be more sensitive to what is unhelpful in your life and is draining your energy, time and focus.

I will help you to also create a plan commitment to yourself on how to protect and preserve your energy, be intentional with your time and your focus.

COACHING SESSIONS OVERVIEW:
The following outline is a general outline of what of the key components which will be covered in your coaching sessions. As part of our initial session, we can discuss and collaborate about what areas you would like to focus more on so you can get the best results from your coaching experience with me.

After each coaching session, you will also receive a follow up email from me outlining what we focused on during our session together. You will also receive between coaching sessions activities and tasks for you to complete to support self reflection, growth, personal development and of course lightbulb moments!
​
You Are Worthy is a 6 session coaching package. Each coaching session will be 60 minutes each and is designed to be booked in fortnightly. This is to support you to have enough time to reflect on the previous session and also commit focus and energy into the preparation for your next coaching session.

SESSION 4: CREATING A HEART CENTRED CONTRACT, COMMITMENT AND PLAN FOR YOURSELF ​

SESSION 6: GROUNDING, CENTRING AND FOCUSSING ON YOUR FUTURE

You have the option of either a face to face session with me at my beautiful boutique therapy space in Carina. I am located at 7/781 Old Cleveland Road, in Carina. have a face to face session with me in my beautiful and office in Morningside, Brisbane. This is a really lovely way for us to connect, work deeply on restoring your confidence and reclaiming your voice. I will email you all the details once you decide this is right for you!

Virtually - Online
If you live outside the Brisbane area or need more flexibility. I am very experienced in coaching online - just make sure you book a private space where we can talk for 60 minutes uninterrupted. Once you decide this is right for you, I will email you all the details. I use a secure clinical video platform called Cliniko to ensure we have privacy and all information you share will be is safe and secure.
